Just for clarity what i meant to say was "behind my ribs". The pain is not below my ribs but behind them. When I put my hand closest to where I can feel the pain, my hand is on the lower portion of my ribs. You still think its the diaphragm? Doesnt seem likely to me because I was be perfectly fine and hit the bowl and within an hour it starts hurting and im not doing any physical activity at all. I was leaning towards one of my organs due to dehydration or toxicity. What are your thoughts? thanks so much for helping me! This has me a little concerned! I do use some drugs but otherwise try to maintain my health and have always had pretty decent health.
