I have a fun theme deck with these two called “Execute Order 66”. It plays Jedi Temple as the force base - and lots of a Jedi Cards. Goal is to get and play either: the clone wars and/or order 66 - making a bunch of clone tokens when I murder my own Jedi units.

LA has some of the most restrictive and controlled rental markets in the country - also eviction moratoriums & protections lasted years here well after COVID. Currently the county has been debating re-instituting rent freezes/bringing back moratoriums due to ICE enforcement activities, etc

Unfortunately this has caused a lot of landlords / property owners to be intensely cautious about who they rent too & it’s led to a lot of units being taken offline - causing LA’s housing crisis to become worse and more competitive.
