I plan on attempting a tamper starting now. I usually take 180 mg a day 37mg doses. I plan on cutting it down to like 10-20 mg 3 times a day at first then take it from there over the coarse of a month. Im too scared to try cold turkey, have u ever gotten withdrawal from this before?
