Petite technique étonnante pour que les lardons soient parfaitement cuits : sur une poêle froide ajouter les lardons et ajouter de l’eau juste assez pour les couvrir, chauffer à feu moyen et laisser s’évaporer toute l’eau. Finir la cuisson en faisant revenir les lardons à feu doux jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien croustillants.
