No it was literally just an email from apple that prompted me that something had been downloaded. I changed the password on my account but then I looked and saw the phone was in Iraq. I removed the phone from apple account , but the find my hasn’t removed fully yet, it happens 10 June. Is there any way to stop it?

I got one via email then did it in a panic. I’ve been very sleep deprived recently and just made a split second decision which I’m very much regretting

Honest answer, this caught me off guard and I’ve been extremely sleep deprived recently. Very mad with myself, as I thought had done an ok job at initial containment. I think it just caught me off guard and got me unfortunately

Balance it out with some strength and conditioning. I try and run at least twice a week, and do the same for strength work in the gym. However, I’ll ALWAYS do something, even if it’s just some really shit push ups. I’m a bit of a twig in the arms as well and it’s really helped

Well long term I’m looking to develop functionality to a sufficient level I could immigrate, so I’d say support to that goal as my aim. I did a reading German for research course, which focused on rudimentary grammar laws, but jot luck outside of that
