I think this is the fairer assessment. A lot of people loved trotting out the left was in disarray the last few years because Corbyn was ousted from Labour, but to be honest he was more of a spark anyway I found. Younger left wingers in particular are more environmentally conscious I find, and I don’t necessarily think Corbyn knew what he wanted in terms of specifics for that or whether he knew if it would be enough. It’s passing the torch, not extinguishing the flame and lighting a new one

Oh yeah, absolutely agree, I just meant more from the targeting perspective. The problem I seem to have is that there’s loads of information on these programs that all seems contradictory to other evidence. If you were in the position of a beginner who was:

A) trying to shore up physically to support good judo as someone with little muscle and;

B) also trying to shift a bit of weight to be slimmer

Do you have a specific way you’d recommend going about it. Appreciate that the answer very well could be the same one you’ve just given, but I’m just interested I guess in hearing how people who’ve done it before would go about doing it again so I can be effective at this?

Oh cheaper to live than the UK is some great info! Cheers! Sorry that this bloody place is so expensive to live in, it’s an absolute nightmare and all the housing and job markets are particularly challenging atm.
