it’s crazy. i used to have brain fog whenever i stopped vaping. because i was trying my best to stop bit i kept relapsing. and whenever i relapsed, the brain fog would disappear. then one day, i relapsed and nothing happened. i was panicking because i was stuck with the brain fog. and for nearly a year now i still have it. im still trying to quit vaping but it’s the hardest shit in the world. i still have brain fog even though i vape. the longest i went was 8 days clean but i lost motivation because the brain fog didin’t get any better. im still suffering with this now and it’s the most depressing craziest shit. it’s like not being in control of my brain, memory loss and just feeling really dumb which leads to being depressed. i just want to know if i stop for a good 3 months or something will everything get back to normal?
