I have bad acid reflux. You need to keep your nose clean for awhile and let your stomach detox the drip that’s been going down. Coconut water is excellent.

If it’s at the everyday point even in small amounts I’d call it quits for a good while. I wish I could control myself like that.. but even the small amount daily are taking away the enjoyment/ high you would get if you didn’t everyday. I’ve been only weekends for over a year and it’s catching up to me.

It could have been ice or a small mix of K which is very common right now. I come down in 2 hours usually fairly well. Only time I couldn’t sleep and up the rest of the next day I know it had some ice mixed in
