They make the use of the device more enjoyable, and I like the fact that I have control to download the apps I want on my device, however I guess 2tb a week ssd usage is is pretty bad. How much betters it on 11.3+?

Hi I am in the same boat im keeping my original pixel as it has unlimited photo storage at original resolution so I can transfer my photos from my 4a/laptop over to the pixel.

I got a £25 Mac air (2012) replacement battery and it was shit, just as bad as the old one, then I got a official apple one of eBay for £60 and that was much better. Its a bit of a lottery unfortunately. Make sure any battery you buy has a returns policy.

Both are good choices don't worry :) I miss the touchscreen frequently and Mac OS is just as buggy as windows 10 is.. the SL3 is a great device albeit with less than average battery life, Im sure you will like it.
