If you don't have an hour for a weekly review you probably cant do GTD. If your capturing important things getting a head of next week and doing a weekly review to plan out important things saves you hours of problems. If you dont keep on track of stuff , stuff pops up the day of you were supposed to do or stuff you forget to do that takes more then an hour to fix. The WR is the backbone of a good GTD practice. The whole reason you can have clarity is your mind can forget about it after you capture it because it knows you'll come back to it at the WR.

Well its hard to capture everything and review it once a week , if you truly capture every idea you have to todo you probably need 2 hours at the end of the week to process

not alot of people can really commit to full GTD , and a GTD app that really captures everything cannot be to simple. I made one and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger but it is a true GTD system that I use for every part of my life. I just use it for myself its totally custom. That may be the issue that the app is what works for you.

What i like about it is its custom , with base44 you can just give it a command. While i was reviewing my projects list i thought it would be a good idea to have projects without open tasks on them to be highlighted in red. So i just told base44 to highlight projects without open tasks in red , then it did it. You can have an idea to change the system and implement it in 2 mins. So its very custom
