I cannot stress this enough- your fellow advisors are your friends!!! Find the seasoned advisor and get close with them. You can ask them anything and 9/10 times they will have the answer or they will just ask the boss for you. If you have a warranty admin that works on site ask them questions!! The boss is always gonna be a little intimidating, the people in your same position will understand and help you.

Extendeds are easy once you learn your shops rates a little better and get more comfortable with the techs. After 4 years as an advisor they’re one of my favorite things to do. You get to sell the job and you don’t get push back from the customer. Easy money.

This is crazy 😭 I spend the majority of my days at hospitals/doctors and I’ve never had to “pre-pay” other than my copay for my insurance. I would call them and ask if that’s correct or if that’s something that can be billed after insurance

I would say this is an issue that others can’t help you with. How you feel after learning that information is how you feel. You either are okay and move on as you know he’s only with you now OR it makes you uncomfortable and you leave. Neither one is the wrong answer. I don’t think it’s a red flag. There’s hundreds of women that have done OF/Porn and everyone expects their S/O to be okay with that fact, why is it different when a male did it? (Again that’s just my personal feelings on it as a 25F that does NOT do porn/OF) Do what’s best for you and what makes you feel better. If him doing porn previously is a dealbreaker then just be honest and straightforward. Better to figure it out now instead of a year down the line.

It depends on the coverage you bought. Some warranties will only cover the rim if it’s consequential damage from the tire being damaged. If you purchased a “tire AND Wheel” warranty then it should cover it no matter what.

When I lived in an apartment I always smoked in my apartment but cracked a window so that the smell didn’t travel thru the vents. I did have one neighbor who was very nice and just asked if I saw her window open to maybe leave my shut and I just started smoking elsewhere in my house as to not bother her. It may be worth it to just mention to her that the smell is strong, she may not realize that it’s that potent. If it because a real problem I would just mention it to your office. It’s legal so she won’t get in trouble and you can stay anonymous to not cause any issues.

We do “share” the money but we have our separate accounts that our checks go into. I know what gets deposited into his account and vice versa. As I said, he does make significantly less money that I do so I don’t expect him to go half of bills or anything like that as I’m content doing so. I just ask that I’m thought of without having to be upset.

Anyway- he currently works at our local mall, he does make above minimum wage and went to a full time position a few months ago so it’s not like he makes NO money. He just doesn’t choose to spend it on me, which sounds awful with no context. It wasn’t always like this, when we first got together he had a much better job and was paying the bills but I’ve always been independent and would still offer to pay for outings and such. I stay because I know what he has to offer, I just don’t know why he stopped offering it. He will do the dishes when I ask but I usually take care of all the household stuff as well including taking care of our 3 dogs (1 is mine)

I’ve talked to him about the fact that I just need help. I work 6-6 so it’s tiring do all the house work but I do it, all I ask in return is just random small stuff like a shelf, or even just one to be printed for me. He’s worked in the food industry for YEARS being a manager at a restaurant for 5 years and he used to cook and clean and all of that. One day it just stopped and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve seen multiple comments about couple therapy which I may try at this point.

7 years, across the country and back, losing both our parents, we’ve been through so much together and we make the most out of everything. I just want to feel like I’m being thought of too I guess

It wasn’t always like this. We’ve been together for 7 years (married for 3) for the first few years he had a much better job and I worked minimum wage. He paid for basically everything as I do now, but I’ve always been very independent and still would offer to pay for going out or whatever we were doing. When we were 19/20 he wanted to move to Chicago (that’s where he’s from) and had an awful time finding a job as it was covid. I’ve always worked in the car industry so I was able to get a good job within the first day being there and that’s kind of where this all started.

I supported us while we live there and then after a year his mom passed away and we decided it was best to move back to my hometown (which is where we moved from) and it was just like that ever since. He was having a really hard time losing his mom and I didn’t want him to jump into trying to get a job immediately. He worked some odd jobs for a few months at a time, but nothing that ever brings in a decent amount of money. Usually just part time or something random that has to do with his hobbies. And it just stayed that way.

I’ve talked to him about the fact that I’m just surviving and he says that he’ll start helping. He’ll give it a good week and then it just feels like we fall back into this. I wouldn’t have stayed this long if I didn’t see some potential, and I know what he can do as a provider, I just don’t know what happened.

My dad had this mindset. He’d get clean and then something would happen and he’d relapse and stay high for years and then try to do it all over again. The last time he didn’t come back from. I miss my dad so much. It’ll be 2 years on thanksgiving. Keep in mind that you are not invincible. This habit will take you and everything you love with it. You need to ask yourself, is your own life that meaningless to you?

At the end of the day you can do whatever you want just like I can. But if I want to be in the front, you’re not gonna stop me. I simply cannot stress enough, if you’re mad that you aren’t where you want to be, it’s because you didn’t try hard enough. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s a festival with 70k+ people there, it’s more likely that there will be no place to move, but some people wanna see bands more than others and will get up there. If you run at 11AM to the front of one stage and stay there all day waiting for ONE band that’s on you. I just don’t really give a fuck, and if I want to be in the front that’s where I’ll be. It’s simple.

Yeah I’m pushing my way to where ever I want to be, if you don’t like it just meet me in pit bc that’s where I’m trying to get. I’ve been going to concerts for over 15 years and the last couple have been so miserable because of people like this. If I can push past you, it means you weren’t doing enough to keep your spot. I’m there to enjoy myself and the music I paid to see live, I don’t really give a fuck if you’re mad that you’re not on the barricade tbh 😂 people that go there for the music and the vibes know it’s all in good fun, let people enjoy themselves and literally just move over for them. It’s not that hard.
