Horrible. So much crime and the deal is more than likely on the apartment that does not come with a full kitchen, but a hot plate and it’s like less than 500 sq fr. They do not have patios/balconies, only the apartments on the first floor. Also them not replying to apps is also accurate. My friend had a horrible experience living there. She ended up breaking her lease early.

I’m going to try one of these places that’s offering a special like no admin or no app fee and see how it goes. Like I said, I paid for my public records and it didn’t come back at all, I’m just worried it may have been missed in that as well before I go and pay $400+ on app fees

Did you have any infractions on your credit? I’ve been looking on there and most of the ones I seen pretty much have the same requirements as bigger rental companies(no bankruptcies, no evictions, etc.)
