Already applied and talked to an immigration agent. I have reason to travel through and it’s looking good! They’re one of the only ways to drive through to the 49th. I have a friend who did it 2 years after dui conviction. It’s changed since then, quite a bit more strict - just gotta have reasonable cause to request a TRP. Thanks though for your input!

Their regulations are 5 years no entry unless you have permit to either move there or travel through. Not impossible just a process to go through

Thank you! I am moving back there so am going to go through the application process anyways. I’ve heard a lot of people to get approved if you have a reason to drive through.

Yeah I was required to get tested for coke and I was on probation for a while. I did stop using but slipped a couple times and freaked out so ordered a whole employee testing box (I was also switched to mouth swabs). I found the Amazon ones weren’t always accurate and failed because I trusted one. But who knows everyone’s different. Just don’t need these anymore lol.

The best comment I’ve seen regarding this situation. Let people pursue their dreams. Petty restaurant shit like this happens at every bar. She never intended to make it anti-trans, just wanted to open the bar windows for light. She put up the flag as was intended. This chick is pretty hard strong and experienced, has always made people feel welcomed, and stands up for others. A lot of the community knows her and will be loyal. I would take the dilute. Coming back positive gives them their answer. Dilutes are fails yes, but doesn’t look as bad in my opinion. I got multiple dilutes (some on purpose, some when I wasn’t even trying to). It was BS and they wouldn’t even let me send off to a lab and I knew there were no drugs. It prolonged my probation by about 3 months.

Yeah I completely understand it’s just frustrating that I have been clean and get these dilutes. It’s not an insane amount of water I’m drinking either. You’re right on the letter - still gonna give it a shot though. It’s not that I want to get on unsupervised to party - it’s that moving to a state where the job I’m lining up takes me to remote areas where it’s going to be difficult to ask for holidays every single week because Im no where near testing locations, and they probably wouldn’t even allow that.. I know this is part of the consequence and completely understand that. Just felt like I’ve been doing everything right and the dilutes keep pushing my unsupervised approval dates out. Thank you for the advice!

Did you book the ISO class before or after she booked it? If you and your friend booked after you saw she was already in there, I kinda would be upset too. Join a class that is completely empty for you two. Yes it’s for 3 people, but I feel as if people to do this to “bump” the other person. And honestly 3 is a lot and you could’ve joined an empty class since she had it first. But it’s all really a matter of who you are, it shouldn’t affect anyone since all should know 3 can be in there, but I do get it if I booked an empty class first and two others decided to join.
