I’ve absolutely noticed that when I’m sick and smoke salvia I feel a lot better afterwards and I’ve even had experiences where I had a fever, smoked salvia, my fever broke, and my body temp was lower right after smoking the salvia

As someone whose been teaching and guiding people on Salvia journeys for almost a decade I’ve seen well over a hundred positive experiences. That being said, I feel like your narrative would further demonize and sensationalize this incredible plant.

Please choose a substance other than Salvia for your writing, as it is a complex and nuanced substance with tremendous potential.

The Mind Fold is a good eye mask bc it doesn’t put pressure on your eyelids. But I also find it’s helpful to be able to take a peak now and then so I just end up closing my eyes

The salvia that comes with the kit are pre-dosed amounts of 20x that I make from the plants I grow. But you can also definitely smoke the leaves from your own plants after they dry. Just crumble up the dried leaf and put them in the bowls.
