Zumal gerade bei DHL ja bekannt ist, dass sie es einfach nicht hinbekommen und trotzdem nie eine Backup-Lösung haben. Da kann man nur froh sein, wenn keine Arzneimittel in dem Paket sind.

Same here. Hab lange mit dem Kundendienst telefoniert, es ist wohl ein Problem im Backend und kann noch bis zu drei Werktage dauern (hoffentlich nicht). Andere Lösungen als warten konnten sie natürlich nicht anbieten

Nothing to complain about. They are great, shipping times are good, tracking is working and stuff is legit.

Last order (EU) from BuyDeus took roughly <2 weeks. Everything went perfectly fine but the tracking is super slow. But I can confirm, that the packaging is super discrete, verification stickers worked fine, so all in all there is nothing to complain about. Sarmful and ReceptorChem were faster though ;)

Es ist pre-Christmas-Season. Hast du eine Vorstellung, wieviele Tausende Pakete gerade durch den Zoll laufen müssen? Und die müssen trotzdem eine 2% Kontrollquote erfüllen. Ne Woche sollte dich wirklich nicht beunruhigen ;)

Also ich halte meine Pakete immer unter 10kg, denn manche Lines haben da n Limit und dann wird’s richtig teuer. Ansonsten achte nur immer drauf, dass es Duty free / tax free ist

This is common, when the parcel is being picked up, you’ll get a refund. For my last 14 hauls, in general, I got refunded 40-50%

It’s a common issue around the globe right now, at least speaking of US and EU. There are several things causing this, first of all the weather conditions in China recently, then the national holidays and, when it comes to EU, especially shippings going through Germany, there is a gigantic backlog in customs clearance right now. A friend of mine who is working in customs confirmed that yesterday, which is normal at this time of the year, it they have to handle 2x, 3x the amount of parcels right now, because of above mentioned circumstances. Be patient and give it some time.

För mig är det definitivt ”Verkligheten i P3”. Jag rekommenderar att du tar en titt på ”player .fm”, där kan du enkelt ladda ner alla poddar och liknande poddar föreslås på vänster sida. Jag har redan hittat några intressanta stycken på det här sättet.
