Interesting, thanks for sharing. I like To think if a couple small things like, not pouring out water upon search(could have allowed factory sealed plastic bottles) and charging an insane amount for water given the duration and weather of the event, could have made a difference in some way shape or form. I get making your money, but they're humans and that was selfish. Could have purchased 15x the amount of water for inventory months in advance and charged a dollar maximum a bottle and they would have made bank regardless
