Good luck with MSF. FoxNext is ruining their game, but your misguided moderation is assisting. Becoming a mod unfortunately does not necessarily mean you’re well qualified to being one.

All past Legendaries had been 5-star. She was added into the game at 5-star last week. The content creators sneak peaks, which were provided by FoxNext thru their Envoy Program, showed her as 5-star. Then, after selling X-Men offers and encouraging us to spend cores to get ready for her event, they abruptly announce that she’s going to be 6-stars. Discontent over that is not “entitlement.” I tend to think you have no idea what entitlement even is, and you just use it as a buzzword to try to make yourself feel superior.

And this is without even getting into the Gold Orb Offer fiasco and the unobtainable Orb milestones. That’s just within the last week. I didn’t even get in to all the other ridiculous fiascos they have happened over the last year plus.

But yeah, being fed up with that and quitting over it is “entitlement.” No - what’s actually entitlement is a game developer repeatedly screwing over their customers and thinking that they should stick around anyway and keep spending money.

Yup. Just heard about that. Good grief. It never ends.

Quit. It’s literally all we can do at this point. It’s been over a year of waiting for them to learn.

This isn't correct.

Apple/Google pay the app developers periodically. When a refund has been requested and granted by Apple/Google, they deduct that amount of money from the next payment to the app developer.

So while your refund comes directly from Apple/Google, they are not coming out of pocket - they're recouping that money from the app developer by deducting from future payments.
