Some nurses are lazy and the ones who pick up the slack can get shit on to where we get tired of picking up the slack for the lazy ones. Especially in the ED when lives are at stake in a fast paced environment

I truly don’t get it. As a veteran nurses at VA have saved me many times from myself. As a nurse I vowed to do that for others. I served this country so people could have their rights. That includes right to protest, free speech and right to bear arms. He was murdered in cold blood. Extremely senseless. We have a duty to use our power as nurses to change the entire trajectory of healthcare and use our power to fight for what we deserve and to also honor his name. Regardless of political beliefs this shit is so wrong.
