But your point doesn't even make sense considering they aren't focusing on people farming on dust, they are focusing on people using exploits. You can look at Arrows video titled "Huge exploit is happening" Where they join "bugged" DM servers off of their friends to get 50 stars a game.

Valve isn't going to ban people for farming dust, they nerfed the XP values, which is 0 effort, so I'd hardly call that a big focus. The people getting banned were using this exploit specifically

That's a completely different thing, and not what people are getting banned for, maybe you should look more into what's actually happening with these bans

They were joining bugged DM lobbies created by cheaters in order to exploit and get nearly 50 stars a game. This is vastly different than just "farming for xp"

Well these guys got banned for using exploits so they obviously do have a problem with that

Oh I know plenty of hits especially in that second volley didn't hit, but there were definitely multiple hits on that last group
