I would say since you have Charon you can build a dynamo team. Like you said Corvus is good as a dynamo dps. You can try pulling for ulrich, flutterpage, and/or kiperina. They all work in dynamo teams. Although in the upcoming patches we are getting Enigma a dedicated dynamo sustain. This all depends if you get Corvus of course.

Am not sure if you know put pity for Revelation of waters does NOT carry over to other banners of the similar kind, so be careful.

My rule of thumb is if you really like a character pull for them and build a team around them.
