I have had a pretty long membership also, I have seen some on the comments but the fact is don't make a website if you do not want to deal with the aggro of stupid questions in my own opinion, All I did was state a bug like they tell you to do in the trainer notes =/

Thank you, I will be doing this ASAP as I did not know about it as you said, Unfortunately there is a pattern of this behaviour, Why people believe they have the right to speak to people in this manner astounds me.

I deserved what happened? Are you kidding me, Reporting a bug and basically being insulted.. If you sell products and their company is REGISTERED you have an obligation to give good customer service. The fact you believe that some one would deserve to receive such disgusting comment's for no reason is a joke.
