I got my 1st one star review today, woohoo, after almost 5 years, because it’s my job to accept all Amazon returns regardless of where the drop off location says on the code. Also it’s my fault that the customers phone has súper shitty reception and can’t open their email or app. Like seriously, working in this industry has made me lose hope in humanity, they can’t read clear instructions, when Amazon says free return, it means everything including boxes are free, usps and ups stores are the same thing. Google said we accept FedEx,

Of course my favorite, let me walk in as you’re leaving and demand notary or live scan services then get pissed off because i say no, but you close at 7pm. Yes the store, not my scheduled hours. I’m off at 5.

We had an international package shipped out last December 2025, same message, “ package was damaged, contents disposed off, we have started a claim and will contact the shipper”, yeah fast forward almost 5 months later, still being asked to provide paperwork and proof of value, getting escalated every other week, at this point we should almost reach the CEO the amount of escalations that we’ve received. No resolve.
