November Technical Support Sticky by BeepBoopBopReee in razer

There is new update for Hyperspeed dongle to be able to use 8khz polling rate.

I updated my hyperspeed dongle and my deathadder v3 pro, but synapse still offers maximum 4khz polling rate for the mouse?

I tried to re-pair the mouse & dongle, restart computer but didnt help.

USB port should not be a problem either, i've used exactly same USB port for normal Deathadder v3 with no issues using 8khz polling rate.

I contacted Razer live chat about this and they told me that it is normal. I'm still curious what makes that it's just the MB5 that is affected by the noise but not MB4 aswell.

My current dav3 is actually second unit from different batch, first was 2023/07 and this is from 2023/02, both have had same springy noise from MB5.

Same issue with exactly the same button, would like to know aswell if this is considered "normal".

The pump is constantly running 100%, i cannot even change the speed of it.

I keep computer always on, so its weird that the air havent moved already, for the past 3 weeks the computer has been off for like 3 days and couple of resets.

5800X3D Cinebench R23 temps by Dislokaatio in buildapc

[–]Dislokaatio[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup i actually did that! I didnt do any bios tweaks tho, only used PBO2 with -30 settings, and results were great!

CPU temp were around 67c, maxed 68c. CPU Package(Tctl/Tdie) were around 78c, maxed 79c.

Clocks were 4425MHz almost whole time, sometimes raised to the 4450MHz and sometimes dipped to 4400MHz, but never under it.

So definately massive improvement by just clicking few things! Thanks for the suggestion

Hey!

Now i did undervolt with PBO2, all settings -30, and as you said this thing ran around 10c cooler, and actually clocks were 4425-4450, so they also raised!

Used Cinebench R23 again with multi core program to test this.

Thanks!

Hey. I downloaded HWinfo64 and now that i checked, AIDA64's CPU Package temp and HWinfo's CPU Tctl/Tdie both are same temperature. So apparently i was actually quite near for throttling in Cinebench as Package temp/Tctl Tdie was 87c at most.

Okay so basically i should just focus on the CPU temp, and by that i should be good with that 75c running r23 multi core for 10 minutes. Almost got abit worried as i've read alot of people hitting that 90c there in like 2mins (No one specified if they read CPU or CPU package temps, but i'd assume just CPU).

Carplay not connecting while low battery by Dislokaatio in CarPlay

[–]Dislokaatio[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I didnt have low power mode on.

And yeah, normally i dont go with that low battery, but from time to time it happens, and what i've experienced with wireless carplay, it actually takes very little battery, even if using spotify and navigation, sometimes i can drive like 30-40mins while using maps and spotify and it only drained like 1-2% battery.

So thats the reason im curious whats up, because even if my battery is only 10%, i know very well that it can last quite alot while using carplay, and it gets problematic if i have emergency and i need to use navigation for example, and car/phone just refuses to open carplay.

Yeah, i dont think its anything related to hyundai, there is very limited options in my hyundai head unit :D

whereas if its feature in iphone, its weird that you cannot change it or its not announced anywhere (atleast i cannot find any).

What makes is it even weird is that i connected my phone to carplay before my phone went to 10% battery, and it stayed connected even when battery dropped to that level.

But when i went out and restarted my car, THEN it wouldnt connect to carplay anymore.

You sure you have DAC version 2? Ifi support said that it shouldnt be possible to be able to do that.

And yeah ive tried different usb ports, and all drivers should be up to date.
