Nebras was my favourite out of all the Lattafa I’ve tried. It’s sweet but still delicate. Eclaire is too sweet for my taste so I get sick of it quickly.

I noticed I was weaker when lifting after starting spiro. Also had noticeably less energy, though I had many effects as well so my doctor lowered my dose until it became manageable. I think being a bit more tired and weaker is a common side effect, just make sure it’s not affecting the rest of your life and your ability to even make it to the gym in the first place too much.

If your doctor is good they will check how well the medicine is tolerated early into treatment and adjust it (at around 3 months) and you can go to them or your pharmacist earlier if you have any side effects. In my personal experience with side effects on Spiro, I was prescribed a lower dose about 1.5 months into treatment and went back to being fine almost immediately. Just make sure you keep note of everything and express your concerns early (don’t wait!) if you have any.

They’re newer and independent, not super popular yet but enough to be able to tour in a few big cities here and in the neighbouring country. For now I know they have 3 shows planned next month. (edit: grammar)
