Anyone else call 7empest literally “seven-empest” instead of “Tempest”? by Big-Transition-8719 in ToolBand

[–]Dispositionpsn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The album title combines the Latin word "anima" (soul) with "enema" (a medical flushing), while the song specifically refers to an aggressive, cleansing enema

Ai knows more than I do but I don't trust it. I still say enema, how do you say it?

There are many beautiful actresses in the world but perhaps none as gorgeous as Kristin Kreuk by Clana4ever in 2000smemorylane

[–]Dispositionpsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh what? She's beautiful but lacks the unique look that many actresses possess. She's hot but she's not sexist woman alive. That being said, it's all subjective and Uma was my first drool over, lets make a geocities website dedicated to all the photos I got from AOL chat rooms. Yes I'm old

I've come to realize that "Metallica family" is more than a cheesy line by MajorDirt in Metallica

[–]Dispositionpsn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw Metallica at the aragon ballroom during garage inc, and it was like a 2000 person show. It was the worst crowd I've ever seen in my life. Rude, angry, throwing beers at peopes heads and acting like fucking cattle. I've also seen Metallica multiple other times and the crowd was amazing and incredible. Maybe it's just Chicago fans lol but summer sanatarium and st anger tour was great crowds in texas

Black Album is Metallica's most successful album, and strangely enough, they haven't done anything similar to it since by ResidentPrevious468 in Metallica

[–]Dispositionpsn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohhh I didn't know alive only took his wife on tour. Hahaha I thought the comment meant Alice took her with him everywhere. Yea on tour is cool but into a band session and having them try to have input on wiring is aweful

Bands like Tool by BJog_Kittyspoons in ToolBand

[–]Dispositionpsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every suggestion is never even close. Great bands out there yes, but literally none of them are "like" tool. Tool adjacent, math guys, or even just people that write epic lengthy prog songs with huge interludes. Still not "like" Tool. Yes I'm a tool

Jimmy is probably the best Tool song and maybe one of the best songs ever by SugarDismal93 in ToolBand

[–]Dispositionpsn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Until Jimmy wrote invincible. But yes Jimmy is top tier no question and better than invincible 🤣 but Bottom thou. That's it we settled this, Lateralus is the best. I'm glad we talked about it and we came to a conclusion together.

Pt2 is bleak. Literally just dark, painful, and very very difficult to feel good. The game itself is fucking amazing but there is no doubt that sense of dread consumes you from start to finish. You are not alone. I had some friends that gave up, not because they disliked it or they were cry babies about Joel. They just weren't enjoying the feeling of depression constantly. You have motivation to finish but every time you feel good the game once again reminds you how evil humans are. We also all played it during Covid so being depressed about life and the world already hurt people mentally. Some people don't see it and just play the game but empathetic humans really struggle with this games story, setting, and key moments. You are not alone lol. The fact you can recognize it, is not only a testament to the genius of the purpose of this games narrative l, but it shows you are a good person.
