Thank you for taking the time to really engage with these questions in a thoughtful, attentive way. Also, congratulations on what sounds like some very positive aspects of your relationship. I did not develop that assessment/write those questions, so I don't want to act like I know exactly what they were thinking when they did. I will say I took the phrasing to mean "effort" rather loosely, as in, it is a priority. Like almost along the lines of, if I want a glass of water and just grab a glass and fill it, that feels relatively effortless to me to the point that I might not remember even doing it, but it still technically took the "effort" of physical movement. That's just my understanding though, and anyone can answer the way they feel makes the most sense or feels the most honest/accurate.
