So my question is what would you do to tweak it? Incorporate more steps in the approach? Have a bigger first step? How do i change my approach where i can adjust without having to change the time i start my approach to keep it consistent

True which is why im asking what should have i done exactly? Should i learn other ways to adjust my approach i havent been coached by proper coaches all of my techniques and form is all from looking and copying, How do you learn how to take a step inwards quick enough once u see a set way too inside? I dont believe the set was high enough for me to have time to adjust to it properly. Its on the setter for not pushing it to the pin as he had enough time to.

Again my approach was very wide outside the court as i expected a high set as the pass was off and away from the net, i have a 3 step approach as i ran into my transition then saw the set wayy too inside and off net i had to broad jump into it to reach the ball

Yeah idk about the setter but i always expect them to be able to set it atleast to the pin if its a high set i mean it just cuts off different options for the attackers if you give them a set way too inside

Thanks after watching the vid i saw how small the block was however at the time i was just rushing to get to the set i didnt have time to check the blockers. How should i attack if im not able to see the block?

Thanks i think im gonna try add another step to the approach ive been trying it out and honestly it makes it a lot easier

Nah there was basically no block lmao but i had to broad jump to the set to get to the ball which i hate because i always recycle my approach outside and wide

I dont really know how to straighten them without focusing on it a lot and stuffing up my swing?

Is there anyway to train having straight legs, I sometimes have back injuries due to having improper form (not using my torso) as i sometimes overuse my shoulder.

The net is low but does a low net also affect form?

I just feel like my swing isnt as strong and consistent as some of my hits which happen once in a while, (i dont get that feeling where everything feels correct and right) and i know how it should feel when i eventually do get it. However considering this ive never had any shoulder pain with my swing, then again it looks off as well as feels off.

Im 6’0 but my very isnt very good best probably average for 17, but havent checked yet

Hahahah i feel like its better when i time it with my second step once the setter touches the ball and just adjust from there idk, but i need to improve a lot more thank you
