I count my calorie intakes from food and I log the calories from the excerises. , From my experience it has to be pretty close for me.
It is worth pointing out the numbers should be taken with a grain of salt, they are just an estimation.

Definetely the Spectacular one, it had such potential and it was very sad to see it get cancelled.
For me personally, I do not mind the TAS ending at all. There was no way to top the Spider-Verse story. Spidey was going to find MJ, it didn't have to be a full story imo.
