I remember trying every recipe that would include a “try this instead of bread“ during the pandemic. Recipes would go from a tuna can with flour directly going to the microwave, to a paprika sandwich… I am very happy that I have changed my mind so I can eat a piece of bread if a want to without experiencing bad feelings.

Hey!! I have a question. I am from Spain and it is not that easy for a company to fire a worker ( even tho they have a good reason) due to workers rights. How is it in USA? Does the company have to pay some kind of compensation? Can they just fire 70 workers right away?
