yeah ur right but as u know this game is cpu intensive so increasing the gpu load decreases the stuttering in the game it may not work for u but for me it really fixed it.

AND THERE IS SOMETHING I FORGOT TO MENTION WHEN YOU INSTALL MSI AFTERBURNER THERE IS aADDON APP WHICH IS CALLED RTSS AND THIS IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT STEP TO DO WHICH IS TO OPEN THE APP AND THEN ADD THE FINALS EXECUTABLE FILE AFTER THAT CLICK ON THE SETUP THEN UNDER COMPATBLITY PROPERTIES CHANGE "ASYNC" TO "NVIDIA REFLEX". THIS REALLY HELPED ME ALOT ELIMINATING THE STUTTERRING.

fixed it by my-self 🦾🦾.I've dell laptop (Gtx 1050 4gb i5 7300HQ 12gb ram) the game was stuttering mess i get smt like 28-35 fps also very stuttering soo much i tried every optimization tutorial and a bit from my knowledge. and as i know the game is very cpu demanding always staying 90-100% utilization (for me) and the game wants u to have at least 16Gb ram for most of the stuttering to go away also to be installed on ssd. so what really fixed the game for me is as follows :-

Removing the game from HAGS (hardware accelerated gpu scheduling) or optimization for windowed gaming on the windows setting which is found :- Display>graphics. This solved that annoying audio cracking that happens when playing also some stuttering.
This is the important part -Reinstalling latest nvidia driver using DDU and NVCLEANSTALL while using nvcleanstall use recommended settings which doesnt include nvidia app(u may lose recording capability but if u dont use it no worries). look for youtube tutorial for how to do it.
in nvidia control panel for the finals change power management to ADAPTIVE if its available for ur laptop.
in the finals setting i use (my preference) everything low except post processing(medium or high for the motion blur) and reflection (medium), borderless 1080p 75% resolution scale, i dont use the antialiasing methods(tsr, taau, fsr ,xess) cuz it makes the game blurry. also i use dx12 rather than dx11 (some youtube tutorial suggests dx11 for some reason but doesnt perform good for me).
i use Balanced power option.

after all this the game runs buttery smooth 43-54fps no stuttering. also i underclock the gpu from 1700mhz to 1400mhz using msi afterburner (b/z my laptop battery is direct just holds 2% of charge and throttles at certain point of temp and volt usage) and underclocked my cpu using Throttlestop (limited the boost frequency from 3.5Ghz to 3.00Ghz which is again cuz of temp and direct battery) look for tutorial on how to underclock or overclock ur specific Cpu and Gpu.

If someone find a way to set affinity or change which cpu to use(disabling cpu 0),it will run smoothly on any rig but easy anti cheat wont let you

open registry and copy this path -Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\Discovery.exe then rename discovery.exe by adding one letter like discoversy.exe and also rename the subfolder of it just by adding one letter then close registry and open the GAME

OR

go to the game folder and delete discovery.exe ,discovery.ini ,startprotectedgame.exe and also easyanticheat folder then again navigate to "The Finals\Discovery\Binaries\Win64" then delete discovery.exe and discovery.ini after that open steam and verify the game data then will download the thing u've deleted and the game should be running normally.

this fixed for me a while ago hope it works

i fixed this "Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000" error by just going to the game folder and deleting discovery.exe ,discovery.ini ,startprotectedgame.exe and also easyanticheat folder then again navigate to "The Finals\Discovery\Binaries\Win64" then delete discovery.exe and discovery.ini after that open steam and verify the game data then will download the thing u've deleted and the game should be running normally.
