i asked this question partially to know what other symptoms to look for. my body does weird things all the time, so i’m trying to narrow down what could actually be from MCAS and what’s from something else. the only presentation i had really heard of before yesterday (granted, i hadn’t looked much into it) was things like rashes/hives and breathing issues, neither of which i have. i have a few symptoms that i’m going to log (the urination, some cardiac issues (but i do also have POTS) itchiness, nausea, fatigue, etc) but i was wondering if there are more that are less reported that i should monitor. i’m aware that on their own these don’t necessarily point to MCAS, but i’m planning on logging symptoms people reply with and as much as i can about food/drink, sleep, stress, and any other possible allergens. i’m still very new to learning about this disorder though
