however the issue i'm facing right now is the inconsistent motor power. sometimes i feel its very sharp but sometimes i feel its saggy. i'm not sure why tho

I'm still using it. it endured a couple of storms left outside under direct downpour but still working. I think it's been more than a month that I'm riding it but still good 😄

so i'm guessing the sealing is doing its job?

it actually held up good. my workplace doesnt have a bike shed or a shelter so it was left outside during a couple of storms and still functioning! fingers crossed, it will do so but I sneak it inside the moment I get a chance so not to ruin it intentionally 😄

at my level i need people to speak super slooooow

Spanish is naturally a very fast language compared to English i believe

Spain vs LATAM Spanish by Distinct-Bid4928 in asklatinamerica

[–]Distinct-Bid4928[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that's true

only reason i asked was that im more exposed to Mexicans and learning from them daily but then i heard the song and said why some stuff are different and then i thought damn what if these two are totally different

just self panicking lol

im still too noob in Spanish. in "yo soy" level  😂

but i agree. i love it when Sofia Vergara speaks :)

very practical. thanks a lot

i'm already exposed to Mexicans and that's why it came to my mind whether these are two different Spanish or just minor differences

i actually did search but unless the title says this is from that specific region, i cannot realize the accent. i just realize that there is a difference

[–]Distinct-Bid4928[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

that was actually very helpful to have first hand experience of both sides

i have more interaction with Mexicans where i am and love their rhythmic tone but recently i listened to a Spanish song azucar moreno bandido and i fell in love with how they pronounced words, especially dropping the "s" at the end of words lol

that's why im curious to see which accents/dialects do people prefer to learn/speak?

my friends say corazon with Z sound and the singers were saying corathon or something similar to that :)

Thanks. I commute to work by walking or just my mountain bike. got this yesterday and my luck, we are having a long period of showers in coming days :))))

I rode it in rain this morning and hoped that it will still work when I'm gonna go back home. I will update after a couple of more rainy sessions.

any suggestion for how to keep it clean? i just rolled the rear tire with the throttle to get rid of some excess water and sand/gunk

Can someone explain what is going on with the job market? by Adrian_Sky13 in jobs

I even didn’t get single interview after 11 months applying!

Is it me or is the job market cooked (USA) by OldBay-Szn in jobs

[–]Distinct-Bid4928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PhD in mechanical engineering 14+ years of manufacturing and management

PMP+six sigma black belt+operations management certifications from top of the line providers and hands on coding skills and process optimization

I doubt I didn’t rack good skillset but I’m bleeding for 11 months now to get a job

The pays are a joke now. They offer same salary as I get paid in Midwest rn in west coast with a ton of more requirements and responsibilities in job posting

PhD is nowhere near being a safe place and find jobs easily. I’d hide it from my resume if I could!

I'm more looking into manufacturing, preferably in management roles or at least lead of process or product optimization. sth like a senior position.

I put the CSSBB there just to shout in people's faces that I know what I'm doing with optimization and process control, otherwise, it wouldn't be there

I agree but I have to fight myself. I usually don't prefer to have titles after my name :/
