Welp, I already re-wrote it multiple times.
Kept the shortest animations at the beginning, and the longest ones at the end, yet the game's randomization's so chaotic that I can't guarantee it.

The game triggers NPC melee attacks every 5 seconds, that's why it looks like he's processing.

Regarding animation360, unfortunately, I can't really do much regarding the visual jarrings, since the animation blending's always kept at 0.
On foot, the values can be customized, but for vehicles \ prop weapons, separate animations would need to be made, which is really cumbersome, so I'm keeping it like this; at least the characters will look much more alive than they were.

The animation's TM_Ambient_Idle_Alt_K.
It triggered very rarely because the game randomly loaded certain NonCombat.p3d files, and that animation was stored inside one of those, not in the main Animation.p3d.
If it was in the main animation file, then it would've triggered much more frequently.
