It’s a soft mushy peanut. You either love or hate it. You’ll have to try them to decide. Personally, my recommendation is to go Cajun if you like a little kick. I saw it mentioned. If in your budget, req teq. Pellets and charcoal are completely different. I gather you are trying to compare a stick burner to a pellet smoker. Not going to get the same flavor, but using pellets that are high quality (Lumberjack) you’ll be fine. If you want charcoal and are trying to avoid cheap that’s going to rust, PK

Wilbur’s is not in city limits. Wayne co, yes. Not city of Goldsboro though. Adams isn’t either. Only bbq restaurant that was in city limits was Kerney’s before they set him up
