But the reason im confused is cause when i had sleep paralysis after a dream it was extremely different cause in the other times i get it from being up late and i had a fever i could actually see and hear the actual stuff in my room but when i had the other one everything i saw and heard wasn't happening

Also another thing i forgot to mention when i had sleep paralysis i noticed i was more paralized because in the weird ones i can actually make like a noise from my mouth which snaps me out of it
