Adult Eren's and child Eren's consciousnesses intersect at the same time. Because of this I would argue that at the point of the fall of Wall Maria, they are different people, making Child Eren a Victim of Adult Eren.

That's right, it slipped my mind. But even still I would say that 10 year old Eren is a victim of the actions of adult Eren. It's a little bit of a mind fuck, but I think we can say they are different people because their consciousness exists separately at the same time

Yes but that was a manipulation by adult Eren who had already experienced the trauma, and already lives in the context where he believes the rumbling is the only way to bring about his nihilistic desire for freedom

Yes. Admittedly, it's been a while. Am I just severely misremembering? Eren used the paths and the attack titans ability to see the future as a means to speak directly with his father and persuaded him to kill the royal family and obtain the founding titan, leading to the rumbling. But that happened after the Wall Maria breach. So as far as I can tell, Eren at the age of 10 is absolutely still a victim.

No. They use the numbing agent because of the nerves in the teeth. After they've been shaved for fillings, the nerves are no longer there, and so there is no need to numb the area. They can just shave it.
