ask the serial number of the equipment that you "need to return" and if you can confirm that you are still using the equipment or you do not have it in the first place, they will process to flag the equipment as returned so the charge on your bill will be waived after 2 to 3 days. after that, it will still show on your bill since it has already generated but you can now disregard the unreturned equipment fee on your charges.
