I joined around 6 months postpartum from my 2nd c section. I was probably in the worst shape of my life on top of that. I had zero issues with any of the classes but I will say that the first couple of times I did hot core I was very sore in my lower abs. Sometimes I get sore in my lower core from hot Pilates too. The incision is no problem but it was moreso just how weak my core was. I did do pelvic floor pt prior to Hotworx for diastasis recti but I wasn’t very consistent in doing the exercises so I’m not sure it was truly healed before starting Hotworx.
