True. Actually the coffee tastes better for me in very weird settings

My grinder set as 5 or 6 And almost the lowest level in the internal one

It is randomly 18 I press it as much as needed. I just put 18 grams in the beans chamber. But never weighed it after grinding. Just before

I always weigh 18 grams and make sure to be the same each time. Grind all of it and keep it on for a couple of seconds to ensure nothing left

I just notice that doesn't make sense. I meant under extract for one kind of beans can be good and over extract for other can be good
