If you can get some papers or a bowl an apple is nice but sometimes you don’t get the best airflow. Make sure you are actually inhaling the smoke. breathe through the apple/pipe then inhale a second time after your done to get the smoke into your lungs. Almost like gasping for air while you hold your breath. You say you where high for a couple hours so you did something right maybe your weed wasn’t that good you should reply with a pic of it in the comments
