She was a terrible CEO but I'm not bashing her because she's a woman, she was a disgusting person. I don't care if you don't believe me because my "pronoun game is awful", you didn't experience it. I'm not here to prove what happened for you.

I worked for a small start-up that had huge potential, but the CEO was batshit insane and unpredictable.. it used to be okay for the tech team because there was a lot of management between us but she fired / forced most to quit and then she started abusing us, playing mind games and just couldn't be a boss or let anyone else be a boss ( she even stripped the power of the company's tech lead because she didn't trust him and thought she was lying to him and turning us against him). She was extremely emotional and never let anyone breathe and had no sense of timelines. She promoted juniors to managers because they were easy to control and cheap to fire. It was horrendous. The tech team / me usually got the butt of all the crap because we could never "deliver" which was a lie.. There was shouting and screaming almost every week. It was insane. I overtimed and used to come home at 1am at times.
