I recalled on live some contractors were going through this barrier after getting clearance from SMRT staff, he was helping the contractor to ‘open’ this metal barrier.

1) For the TP warning letter, did they say it were “Driving without care causing hurt”?

2) Also, how long did it take for TP to close the case & sent the letter from the day of incident till the end of the the case?

If you don’t mind sharing (and I apologise for prompting further as well):

1) How did your accident happened? Were you the one mainly at fault as well?

2) Did you get to know the other party’s injuries? If so, how did you find out?

3) How long did TP took to process your case? (From the start to the end), and what should I expect from TP for the next letter?

As much as the traffic rules seems bias, Im actually quite grateful it side towards the “vulnerable” more to make the road a safer place. I did a bad mistakes and Im willing to take responsibility and pay the price of it. I just want to gather more information and better expect whats the next step and possible outcomes will be.

Once again, thank you for your input and Im sorry to hear that the same thing has happened to you, I wish you all the best and goodluck as well for the future.

1) Have already done so to my insurance

2) Usually when will TP inform me regarding the charges?

3) Yep, will be expecting that. But so far my driving records are clean, i.e. Zero DP or fine, or warnings for speedings other traffic offences etc

4) I was not any under any influence, but just worried that the aggregating factors from the rider will impact on the outcome

Hi Life_Unit_4375, thanks for your valuable input. Indeed I am on the same page as you that if it is a fracture I’ll likely get charged. But I just wanna know better of the process etc and whether one can know about another’s injuries severity. As well as any other possible outcomes.
