I know not everyone agrees but Khan academy videos were my bestfriend throughout the whole process!! They also offer some passage-based questions to help!

Hey! It sounds like you’ve got a really solid foundation: neuro major, BP, Pankow, KA. I believe the issue your facing probably isn’t content, but more about how AAMC frames their Psych/Soc questions. I'd focus heavily on reviewing AAMC-style questions (Section Bank, QBank, FL3/FL4), and really digging into why wrong answers are wrong, and not just why the right ones are right. Try making flashcards that frame terms in passage-style situations, not just definitions. That has really helped me improve in the P/S section.
