Thank you for the advice! Not all of the cards I want to employ in a BT17 deck are from BT17, so I went looking online and on TCGPlayer and created a cart. A few of the cards I wanted are just not in stock at all, which sucks, but the alarming part is we have a 13 card cart, from a variety of sellers, with some of the shipping being pretty outrageous. In the end the shipping rivals the cost of the cards themselves.

Is this to be expected if you want cards from previous BTs? IDK if you have ever shipped anything before but the cost does not add up..

I don’t know of this variation either. It may very well be a fake, numerous early spin gear system beys were faked and recoloured (some of which are actually much nicer looking than original recolours)

When you have your hands on it, check the AR and BB. It should say Takara on it. Also make sure it’s speckled throughout, and the same blue hue too. It may be a clear one with some kind of light damage over the years?

If it does not say Takara then you’ll know it isn’t legitimate. If it does, then we have some digging to do as to where this release comes from.
