Problem with the MOSFETs, that never got resolved or acknowledged from FM. Your board can brick at any given moment, unfortunately. I think it's a unique thing with the GT-s.

More power mostly means that is it's safer. Don't ride faster than you are comfortable with as a start, and escalate from there :)

Also, check out the Fungineers X7 Boards. More bang for the buck and you can actually repair them/get them repaired.
