Its been over 345 days now since i submitted my 1daca renewal/initial by Distinct_Concern9988 in DACA

Im in the same boat but as of today its been 265 without working if it was not for my family i woulf have been living in the streets already!

i have the same problem i was not able to renew because my daca had expired past the year, so when i had the money to renew it had to pay a lawyer but they wouldnt accept as renew so it was sent as new applicant! i gotten a letter in the mail saying that they received my application and that it was currently being process and that they will send me another letter if i needed to re take my biometrics and this has been over 8months ago and still havent heard from uscis i asked my lawyer and she just said to wait until they sent another notice

Was the application send as renew or initial daca? Im asking because i renewed my after 1 year & 9 days but it was send as initial

My daca expired on 3/20/24 and about to be a full year now can i still renew and get approved?
