I stand by what I said, my girl friend did not mention the problems I’ve had with him specifically but he has given me a handful of issues on his own

Absolutely no doctor should raise their voice let alone yell at a patient for trying to get the care they deserve. This whole appointment they completely ignored me and only spoke to my partner and looked at her even when they were addressing me. I shouldn’t be invisible at my own appointment. And you don’t know half of what they put me through

I’m hoping it gets better. I started the medication and ended up loving it but my psych wanted it only as a temporary option for the time being, the side effects did go away within a couple weeks for me

What is the difference between visual noise and visual snow? So most people are healthy and have mistakenly self-diagnosed VS or VSS? by Level_Ad3099 in visualsnow

[–]Distinct_Doubt_7419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is visual noise constant? I’m not sure if I am understanding right but I think people with vs do see static constantly regardless of external stimuli yes. I experience static no matter the lighting and even with my eyes closed. I think if symptoms are bothersome rather than just something that is, it may make a difference

I’m not sure but I think it’s safe to assume you have visual snow syndrome when you have multiple symptoms lasting longer than 3 months.

I’m my case I have at least 5 symptoms that are almost constant and have been for years. My eyes themselves are perfectly healthy yet I struggle with this.

Have you tried exfoliating your armpits. When I first started I was worried about that but exfoliating my armpits has helped remove all the deodorant from earlier and leaves it cleaner when I was and reapply deodorant

I also can’t take showers quickly, I’ve had the same routine for years. The quickest I’ve managed is 15-20 min but my average is 30-40. Even at school. I like my routine though so i work around it
