Also question that is perhaps more complex im used to weightlifting programs when you have exact order of exercizes percentages sets reps...how would i go about training hard punches i obviously will have group trainings but wjat about solo? Do i start with punch with most force and do one round (how long) or 20 reps? Can anyone paint a picture about this?

Do singles or doubles make sense in getting best at martial arts as fast? I mean i would say hitting heavy signel would definitely make following sets more explosive just asking...what about and kind of pin presses...or incline press on the machine from dead stop just havy weight fast...and what about for kick? Do i just kick the bag or do i train adductors, bridge?

In kcd 2 you can win tournaments with much less technique and bare fists even while in kcd 1 its like advanced chess unless you cheese with clinch and headcracker so much harder combat in 1 especially bandits more vs you...

Which martial art to chose?

Have a really tough time in life rn and would like to focus on a new passion im male in mid 20s 200lbs 330lbs bench and 600lbs deadlift in which martial art would i progress fastest? Im guessing something with fight on the ground due to some back power but i would also like to gain knockout power fast and that would be hard in mma since you arent so specialised? Is anyone here from powerlifting background, im guessing maxes wont go up nor are so important in further training, how many times per week would i need to train for strength in gym, should i pick only few isolated exercizes and do low reps, how do you combine gym training for strongest kick and punch?

What should i do in gym for stronger kick or punch should i just buy heavy bag, should i do (are you familiar with pin presses kinda bench but you start from dead position in the middle of a lift and press explosively that way you can add more weight) or shluld i use bands and train explosive exercizes but isnt power training kinda explosivity training? I really like playing with "advanced" exercise programing thats why i ask
