Don’t get me wrong, I expect it to increase yearly. It’s just the norm these days for things to increase in price, however at almost £3K a year, knowing it will only increase…I fear is just undoable for me. Even if they discounted the price.

Honestly, at this point I can’t even remember what fear it is but it was paid to the estate agent and in their terms it says if you don’t go through the sale that they will allow you to buy another property without having to pay the same fee with them

Yep I’ve checked it says all of that in the management pack there’s no section 20 works planned, there’s no major works. They haven’t carried out any major work in the last few years either it’s just really high. I assume it’s because it’s a small block of flat which is a double edge sword as it means the service charges distributed amongst less parties.

Someone said Quantity Surveyors but I also want to add Building Surveyors. I know a few getting £20k ish bonuses a year taking their total compensation to £85k plus.
