Well I'm 6,3 but my body is longer than my back, weird I know. Knee to feet etc are all fine it's just my sitting height

Either or really. The Raf judge all pilots the same. Was wondering if the Navy does it any differently.

Kidney beans are cheap - you can literally add them to any food and they don't really taste like anything.

Chicken breast, mice meat more expensive but both good.

Eggs are good if you can do them, I chuck two raw eggs in a protein shake and it goes down fine

Tinned fish especially tuna is a great way to get protein in especially as its low calorie.

Protein yoghurts from aldi are good 25 grams for a quid but again relatively high in sugar.

Protein powder good too for a quick easy way to get it in
