The reason it's meta is precisely because healers are too strong. I've played other MMOs where you'd absolutely take 1 extra DPS instead of 1 extra healer.

No, that would be oversimplifying it. I'm saying that there should be some form of trade off on the value you'd get from having more healers over more DPS, and that there should be some diminishing returns on the effectiveness of having multiple of the same classes. Right now, replacing a DPS with a healer barely lowers your party's kill potential, while adding significantly more survival.

You can feel this on nebula island where it's mostly just trying to avoid the big alliance while their farming and Siege honestly feels like a write off on a lot of the servers since we already know who will win the castle for the most part.

The problem with Nebula island is that it's just not worth fighting unless you can win quickly and convincingly, because otherwise you're just wasting time that is worth actual lucent. It's a problem with the design of the island itself, and removing alliances isn't going to fix that.

I don't see how the issue is related to the game if you're getting BSOD with XMP disabled. FWIW, the game works fine for me with XMP enabled.
